From last year, a monthly meeting becomes one of Dervos company activities. The purpose of meeting is to solve problems met on work and share ideas on all aspects of company, co-create a comfortable and positive working environment.
 
Here we share the meeting conclusions (mainly on package, painting, Devos Valve operation and maintenance manual, reward to loyalty employees) with you:
 
1. Package size and material should be normative and unified, and solid enough to keep cargo safe during transportation whatever by sea or by air. Try to avoid any smashed or broken that may lead to cargo damage.
 
2. About the painting, the thickness should be one of our focus. Except special request from client, paint on valve inconformity to standard thickness won’t be allowed to dispatch. What’s more, Paint color and variety should be standardized.

3. Devos Valve Company will mature the instruction book and valve installation and maintenance manual. Make those documents professional and exquisite.
 
4. The last topic makes everyone excited. Our chief Executive Eric Wang announced person who serviced 5-year (or more) in Devos Valve will be rewarded a Golden Ring! Wow!!! You say why I am excited? I will get one! Yeah!
