Structural Features of Full Welded Ball Valves


Full welded ball valves are widely used in various fields including the urban gas, the urban heat supply, petrochemical engineering, shipbuilding and the power plant. The superior quality and high performance stability of full welded ball valves can not be replaced by the ordinary cast steel ball valves. Full welded ball valves have much longer service lives than cast steel ball valves.
 
Technical features of full welded ball valves
 
1. Full welded ball valves have the overall welded structures, which will make the outer leakage not happen.
 
2. The valve seat of the full welded ball valve consists of the PTFE seal ring and the spring, which has the good adaptability to the changes of the pressure as well as the temperature, and will not cause any leakage if the full welded ball valve is used under the normal operating conditions.
 
3. The valve stem of the full welded ball valve adopts the anti-leakage structure. There is a PTFE self-sealing gasket and an O-shaped ring at the bottom of the valve seat, and there are two O-shaped rings and two PTFE self-sealing gaskets at the top of the valve stem, which makes sure that the leakage will not occur.
 
4. The valve body of the full welded ball valve is made of the same material as the pipe's, which makes uneven stress will not happen on the full welded ball valve, and that the full welded ball valve will not deform due to the external force.
 
5. The valve stem of the full welded ball valve is light and is good for heat preservation.
