pipe fittings is quite simple, and every ordinary user can install and use it smoothly.

Precautions for installing stainless steel water pipes:

Stainless steel clamped pipe fittings are all thin-walled stainless steel pipe fittings. Please avoid rough operation to avoid defects and dents, especially treading in the site.
2. When storing pipes, try to avoid direct sunlight. Please cover them with plastic tape or security cloth sheet.
3. When the stainless steel clamped pipe fittings are stained with oil, they must be wiped down. Especially checking the rubber sealing rings of pipe ends and pipe fittings, determine whether there are foreign matter. If there are foreign matter, they should be dealt with immediately to avoid more serious consequences.
4. If the pipe fitting cannot be inserted into the pipe smoothly, check whether the burr at the pipe port has been removed, especially the burr on the inner wall, which will directly affect the joint between the pipe fitting and the pipe.
5. Stainless steel clamped pipe fittings will not be clamped after being inserted, so as to avoid loosening of clamped joints due to rotating threads.
6. If the piping is not bent properly, please correct it at the straight pipe. Do not correct the parts of pipe fittings, because the clamped parts may be loose, which is also the cause of leakage. Please pay attention.
7. If there is slack at the clamping place, it can be clamped again at the original clamping place (pay attention to the hexagonal direction).
8. When the pipeline system is used in media other than water (such as oil, chemicals, gas, etc.), please contact the manufacturer for discussion. The rubber sealing ring may be damaged by expansion due to medium corrosion, which may cause leakage.
9. Anti-corrosion measures should be considered when the pipeline system is used near the coast or in places with plenty of salt water. In addition, great attention should be paid to well water, sea water, hot spring water and fluid with high salt content.
10. When hot water is used, if the water source is untreated well water, it is necessary to consider whether it will have adverse effects on piping, so please pay full attention.
