On Oct. 29th, a big opening ceremony of Dervos Integration Center was held in Lishui, Zhejiang. We invited our important customers to share this happy moment.

The Integration Center will play an important role in future orders. It is established to integrate the purchasing, quality inspection, painting and packaging, which will ensure the product quality and enhance the customer's market competitiveness.

What are the functions of this Dervos Integration Center? The key word is Unify.

1. Appearance of Products. Our products will be ensured to be free of burrs, sand holes, small cracks, welding scar to guarantee the smooth surface to meet MSS SP55 or even higher levels.

2. For painting, we will ensure the thickness, gloss, uniformity and adhesion, to meet the special requirements of the order and make sure it is suitable for special working conditions.

3. Packaging accessories will also be unified, including flange cap, packaging bag, desiccant, tag, operation manual, etc. The packaging specification will be worked out to ensure safe delivery during transportation, to make sure no collision or rust will be happening.

4. Orders that have been inspected already will be double checked in the centre, to reduce missed inspections or wrongly inspections caused by work errors of external inspectors, especially for orders with special requirements.

5. Last but not least, we will provide commissioning and installation for electric and pneumatic actuators here.
