Structural features of bellows globe valves

On this page
The bellows globe valve is suitable for cutting and connecting the medium in the pipelines of various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer and electric power industries with the nominal pressure of CLASS 150~900 LBS and working temperature of -29~+350 °C.

Main structural features:
  • The product structure is reasonable, with the reliable seal, the excellent performance, and the beautiful shape;
  • Sealing surface surfacing co-based cemented carbide, wear and corrosion resistance, anti-friction performance, lead to a long service life;
  • Stem quenching and nitriding treatment, then it can have good corrosion resistance and anti-friction performance;
  • Double seal makes a better reliable performance;
  • The stem lift indicates a more intuitive position;
  • Parts material, flange and size number of butt welding can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
