Structure principle of STB adjustable constant temperature traps:
STB adjustable constant temperature steam trap is a new product in the thermo-static category. The temperature sensing element in the valve is filled with temperature sensing mixture composed of temperature sensing agent, saturant, stabilizer and filler. The STC adjustable constant temperature steam trap makes the valve automatically close or open by changing the state of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, thus achieving the purpose of steam resistance and drainage. The temperature range of T condensed water discharge can be determined by selecting suitable specifications, and then it can be regulated by adjusting screws within this range according to the situation.

Main technical parameters of STB adjustable thermostatic steam trap:
1. nominal pressure (PN): 0.8, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0MPa
2. Nominal diameters (DN): 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80 and 100mm
3. Drainage temperature:
Group A: 65 - 100℃
Group B: 95 - 135℃
Group C: 1 30 - 1 65℃
4. Air leakage rate: below 0.5%
5. The service life is more than 10,000 hours.
6. Service temperature: 80 - 450℃
7. There are three types of connections:
(1) ST is the threaded angle type.
(2) STB is a threaded straight belt filter.
(3) STC is a flange straight-through belt filter.
